Ohio Tanning Test Center Locations
After completing the Ohio Tanning Operator Training and Certification Course you take the exam at a testing center. There is NO additional charge or cost to take the exam.
Exam Center location information:
You will need to bring the following:
- Smart phone or similar device with cellular access to the internet.
- An electronic or paper copy of the course achievement notice. You will receive this when you complete the "Ohio Tanning Operator Training and Certification" course.
It has your name and reservation code. - Picture ID
SunFocus is looking for additional testing centers to better serve Ohio tanning facilities.
Becoming a testing center saves travel time and cost for you and your staff.
Testing Center Duties:
- Be available a reasonable number of hours per week for students to make an appointment to test.
- Verify student identity before testing. They should present a picture ID
- You must be present while the student completes the online test. They will take the test on their smart phone or similar device.
