Canada National Tanning Regulations

Indoor tanning is covered by the Radiation Emitting Devices (RED) Act as implemented in the Radiation Emitting Devices Regulations, Schedule II, Part XI (Tanning Equipment). These set the requirements for tanning equipment.

Canadian regulations are overseen by the following:
