If you need a replacement tanning training certificate -

We need the following information:
  • Your name on the original certificate
    If you are changing your name, give us the name you want on the replacement certificate.
  • The course you took
  • Approximate date when you took the course
  • Contact phone number
  • Send this information via email to SunFocus@TanningClass.com
  • We will check our records and email you a replacement copy.

User data deletion -
If you want your student data removed from our website send the First and Last names used on your enrollment via email to SunFocus@TanningClass.com - Your information will be removed within 24 hours.

Privacy Policy -
All data collected from or on behalf of users / students is used only to assist them in their enrollment, classwork and to provide cutomer support such as certificate replacement.

All user and student data is considered confidential and is never released to other parties except when explicitly required by law.  User data is removed from the website 40 days after your account was created.

Data received from 3rd party authentication providers is used solely to allow access to our content for those requesters and to communicate with them about their training account.

Refund Policy - Refunds are available only before a student has used the course. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued after a course has been used or certification received.
